Then I tried on the FTP method and it seem to works well, therefore  the following guide is based on FTP upload method . Update 27Feb2011: I found out I accidentally disabled the IP Service for WinBox (port 8291), once I enabled it now I'm able to use WinBox drag & drop to upgrade version! I've revised the IP Service setting as follow:
